Work is decent if you land in a good team though it quickly gets saturated as the scope of your work is limited
Cons
This company is a family owned business, the family will not hesitate to squeeze off the employees until the last penny.Proof is that you have to negotiate with the CEO for all year end compensation revisions. Compensation is way less than the market.Negligible perks.Bonus is too low. Employment is offered only to those desperate ones who will join at the lowest salary possible. Promotion is hard to come by.
