Great company to work for

Pay is a week in the hole

You get a pay check

The facilities that you are sent to are nursing homes that are horribly understaffed. The work load is unsafe and probably illegal. Any concerns that you express to Flextime gets ignored. They tell RNs that you are going to staff 'inpatient units" because they know most don't want to work in nursing homes. The ones that do accept think that they are working as RN supervisors and usually walk out when they find out that they are going to have 30 patients and a nursing home med cart. This company is a joke.
