      I learned a lot, including how to navigate a difficult work environment.

      Cons

      I witnessed intense hostility, screaming matches, and blatant disrespect from "leadership" with no repercussions. Textbook toxic and unstable company that won't be around much longer.

      Met some really nice people that mentored well. Good experience to get your hands dirty.

      High turnover at the time. Unstable data foundations due to rapid policy changes. Disconnect from upper level management.
