Pros

Variety of snacks available at the office, car benefits for certain days per year, monthly gatherings with the provision of food and - occasionally - alcoholic beverages.

Cons

Misguiding job openings advertisements, which means that you will end up either doing much less than the job add was describing or having additional tasks not mentioned there. Long working hours without any additional payments. The company does not promote WFH (work from home). As a matter of fact, whilst the COVID measures were running, all employees were instructed to work from the offices. In case of an inspection, all employees who were supposed to be working from home, were notified to hide in the garage. This year at least 3 inspections took place and at all times the officials were informed by employees who couldn't stand this situation. The company's founders have a close connection to the church of Saints Isidore on Lycabettus (Athens) and have granted to many believers of the same church, who are working there, the privilege of doing what they please. Almost all managerial positions are filled with unfit personnel, leading to business, project management and delivery mistakes. You are required to follow wrong, inadequate instructions without a say in the matter (or else you will be classified as unfit for the role and for the company and the managers will force you to resign). Project planning and time management is nowhere to be found. The company's vision and business plan is vague and the turnover rate is high. You will be forced to work overtime (for the good of the company, of course!) without any extra payments, under pressure to deliver (even though in the end they'll maybe decide that the deliverable is not what they had in mind and force you to last minute structural changes) and in a constant fear and stress.

Pros

Most of the employees are young and there's a fresh atmosphere. The management provides snacks & drinks during the working hours, and benefits such as a free car for some days. Salary is average but "high" for a Greek company.

Cons

First of all, the company is based on believers from the church of Saints Isidore on Lycabettus (Athens), which is known for a scandal about fake miracles. Most of these people have managerial positions, a terrible behavior and of course, nobody can make any complaints about them. All the others aren't skilled and they hold everyone behind. Also, most of the times, they try to recruit you to their church with subtle ways. If you're not near these people, if you don't believe, if you are from the LGBTQ+ community, if you don't agree and want to express your opinion, if you want to change a department but they don't and, in general, if you are different from what they like/want, they fire you or they don't treat you well. Most of the departments are treated like slaves, speaking and making jokes about work and nothing else, without a single prospect of development inside the company. Job ads are telling lies about the positions' responsibilities and their significance. Unfortunately, even though the working hours have changed, workload stacks in certain people which are forced to stay late or work on weekends to finish on time. Lastly, Covid restrictions weren't taken seriously and people were packed in small rooms during periods with high incidents. They want to monitor the employees, so they didn't easily allow remote working, and they didn't inform if there was an ill person in the same floor/department.

Pros

The company offers real opportunities for growth and development across different areas. It is a dynamic environment where you can learn a lot, take initiative, and gain valuable experience.

Cons

As the company is growing quickly, priorities can sometimes change fast and the workload can be demanding. However, this also creates opportunities to learn, adapt, and become more involved in different projects.
