Pros
Friendly environment, great benefits, secure full time work with lots of overtime if desired. Equal opportunity environment with room for advancement .
Cons
Management needs work on hiring qualified people in key areas such as PLC programming and engineering . So many unresolved technical issues due to the problem of people not qualified enough to resolve them. Lack of competitive compensation at this level could be the issue ; but whatever the case I wish they would resolve it . Life would so less stressful for people in the trenches if they did so. In the long run the companies investment in such people would most likely bring about a most profitable return .
