Horrible mismanagement and power struggle between different job titles Payroll system and clocking in system is against you and has a very high turnover rate because you were 1 minute late multiple times a day, yet not being paid for coming in early. 2nd and 3rd shift are treated as second hand workers as the vast majority of preference is towards 1st shift.
