      This is not the company for those who is used to working in big enterprises with slow mode and bureaucracy: at Flex Databases with a good amount of clients and ambitious product development, an active and initiative approach is quite welcomed and expected, as well as team spirit is a must. You'll never be bored with new challenges!

      Cons

      This disadvantage may be treated as an advantage: due to the size of the company, multitasking and even multi-playing diverse roles are really appreciated. At the same time work-life-balance is really manageable.

      Everything was well organized All colleagues I worked with were very polight and they were always there for me and my questions Overall a great company culture
