Really smart coworkers and fascinating cases. Cases are diverse in subject matter across healthcare, types of clients (start-ups, market leaders, investors), and types of casework (voice of customer, strategic planning, financial modeling, go to market strategy). Organization is flat, and the partners are dedicated to mentoring and coaching consulting staff. Great place for someone in STEM who wants to learn business strategy. Significant autonomy and room to grow if you are intentional about development.

Although work life balance is generally better than the big consulting companies (typically 40-45 hrs per week), there are periods when it flexes to 50 or 55+ per week for a few consecutive weeks at a time.
