      Pros

      Management was so poor, when I started there in 2007 the company had about 60 employees, since the partners split, one created a separate firm and recently sold it for several million. Whilst the other two partners remained at Fletcher/CSI which now cannot have more than 10 employees at best, and both owners have taken second mortgages to keep the company afloat.

      Cons

      Ego run enterprise, mental illness apparent in senior management.

      Completely untrue financial and staff information and unprofessional comments throughout. Not too hard to figure out who this is; an employee who was let go for obvious reasons.
