Some good employee benefits, and good learning opportunities on dealing with high ego managers, office and management politics, because you can never learn or encounter these kinds of work politics in a typical new zealand company
Cons
No training provided. Got thrown into the deep end as soon as I started the job. Managers change their minds on projects faster than a normal person changes clothes. Members who were on the build projects worked so hard to keep the progress going but managers never give credits, they change their minds because simply they can or based on their mood of the day. Poor career opportunities, they give you false hope in the beginning that you will be able to move up the ladder, its a big company bla bla bla.... All and all lies. Maybe you can move up fast if you were lucky and under a good manager.
