As a former employee of Fleming Medical, I strongly advise against applying for any job at this company. My time at Fleming Medical the worst professional experience I have ever had. The company has a toxic work culture where micromanagement is the norm. This work environment makes it impossible to be creative or innovative or professional. The focus of the business management team is to control and restrict any potential or talent that their employees possess. It is an unfortunate situation that leads to a lack of growth and professional development from this static company. They are quickly becoming a very small company in the market. In summary, I would never recommend working at Fleming Medical. The company culture, and CEO are all problematic. I suggest that anyone looking for a positive work environment and professional growth should avoid this company, if you can not find that, do not accept any job here and drawing the dole would be better for your wellbeing than this company.

Fleming Medical portrays themselves as Irish innovators, but in reality, they simply rebrand stock from OEM to their boxes. There is no real innovation or value-addition. This lack of originality and creativity further highlights the company's lack of integrity. Furthermore, the company's management tried to incentivise its employees to write positive reviews by offering them 'One for All vouchers'. This unethical practice indicates the company's lack of integrity and honesty. Its also interesting to not that every one star review here is followed by a littering of glowing reviews of the CEO and the traffic on the dock rd as negatives…. Not a coincidence. I hope my review provides a transparent insight into my experience with Fleming Medical, and I urge anyone considering working with this company to proceed with caution. My review will shortly be cancelled out by a barrage of glowing reviews, suspicions.
