Pros
If you like to drive mostly new rental vehicles to various locations throughout the tri-state on moderate to long trips for a few hours a week, this is a cool place to work. The job is very low stress, under most circumstances. Most of the people that you work with are easy to get along with and the hours are decent.
Cons
If integrity, competence and respectability were oxygen Fleetlogix’s management would die of asphyxiation. There is an overall sense that the people who make the decisions at this company are small-minded, insecure, automatons who have neither the capacity nor desire to be decent human beings. Their “decision making processes” seem chaotic, inconsistent and biased. If you wish to have a good experience at Fleetlogix, it is best to avoid, as much as is humanly possible, coming in contact with those in charge.
