Dishonest leadership and unethical. Leadership will rarely, if ever, provide positive feedback for hard work. They almost set employees up to fail and take credit for the successes of others. Though they indicate unlimited time off as a benefit, they are suspicious of anyone that asks for it. And they will shame those that ask to work from home on the rare occasion it is requested.
