Great environment to work in (relaxed, friendly, like a family) Great pay and perks even for part time ($10/hr, lots of opportunities to earn free gear, apparel, shoes from store, get to do any of the training programs year round for free) Fast paced Management enthusiastic to hear ideas, how you would like to help around the store more (helping with orders, training groups, layout of store, anything really) Flexible schedule Very involved with community
Cons
Training is lacking - make sure you have some knowledge of products, brands, shoes, common running injuries, etc before applying. After being here for a couple of years, I can see that there are cliques and favorites around the store, but where doesn't that happen?
