      Good team. Meeting the running community. Occasionally getting a pair of new shoes.

      Cons

      Management wants you to invest heavily into the "Fleet Feet Family", and treat this as something special. But, come on, it's retail and dealing with a continuous stream of people is already a lot, sometimes.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
