Pros
The discount is great. The management, for the most part, is easy to work for. It's retail, you get what you put into it. Just do what you're supposed to and it's pretty enjoyable. I don't hate going to work everyday. The benefits of full time don't completely suck.
Cons
It's retail. You have to deal with cranky people. If you can be pleasant and try and solve their "issues", they usually appreciate it and carry on their day. Retail hours means you'll have to work some nights and weekends. Again, it's retail, so it's expected.
