Department manager thinks that I do nothing right and no communication - Apparel Sales Associate Fleet Farm Employee Review

My department manager thinks that I do nothing right when I’m doing everything how I was shown. No communication as now after 60 days now I’m being told to announce over the walkee when I start my shift for the day when everyone else doesn’t even do that. I try to get the truck all put away and all items out for customers to buy and yet to my manager it’s not good enough but it’s good enough for the assistant manager their boss. There are times the department manager will want certain things done or department to be cleaned up but then there are days I’m stuck up front cashiering for half of my shift. In January I was lucky if I was scheduled for only one or two days a week.
