Cons
We need more better HR hiring tools, We had couple of account manager who did not match our culture, they were un-coachable and they were almost going to break the culture of the organization. The leadership team were very transparent with them and had to transition them out of the organization! There is a lot of work, and the learning curve is very steep. So be ready !!!
