      Pros

      Daytime hours, some very nice customers made it an enjoyable day, staff could eat and drink for free during break times

      Cons

      Management seem to think they are operating a multi million pound food empire and all the staff are little pawns in a game.

      Pros

      working in the food industry allows for creative and knowledge to grow. all knowledge that is learned is based on trial and error and seeking help from other professionals in the field.

      Cons

      the constant changing of directions was difficult to work with and the constant change presented more problems than solutions. the management style, in simple words, lacked management.
