Pros
Good place to start, great team, opportunity to learn fast and apply best practices. Team is great, core values are great, management and founders are great folks too. Would definitely recommend as starting place or to any customer to build an application they want.
Cons
Easy to earn more anywhere else, lack of responsibilities besides coding. Hard to advance to senior level.
