      Great company/mission and perks! Company takes great length to take care of employees.

      Cons

      Teams can be stuck in old ways and hard to work on future proofing process if everyone thinks their way is better. Also complete autonomy so there was no support in learning and expected to know or learn on your own. Finance team works hard but is not appreciated from my perspective.

      Smart, kind colleagues that all care about the work Inspiring mission Flexibility New CEO/COO have a direction No toxicity

      Cons

      There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general
