      Pros

      There are some great employees. Free parking and the location is convenient compared to having to commute to a local city. The pay is okay, but the raises aren't.

      Cons

      Immature/rude people and culture. It's not a good work environment Administration doesn't do anything about it and is very unorganized. Benefits change a lot and aren't the best.

      Pros

      Great events and activities throughout the firm. Everyone is very friendly. The work load is good.

      Cons

      Pay raises and bonuses are not great. No room for advancement among administration.
