Pros
-Great environment with fun coworkers
-Lax dress code and policies on cursing
-Lots to learn for the first 6 months or so
-Easy work, as long as you can multitask
Cons
-Poor compensation, they will screw you out of benefits
-Performance is heavily monitored, but there is no incentive to perform above the bare minimum (nor is there discipline for those performing below the minimum)
-No opportunities to move up within the company. All "tiers" are basically equal, there is no difference between them.
-There is not much to learn after the first 6 months, so flashing gets boring and very repetitive
