Training is amazing and very streamlined, management is great and people are always understanding and willing to help.

A lot of multitasking that can get tedious and frustrating. Employees should get paid more for what they are doing. Work is slow at times, and also competition is taking customers, therefore business is getting worse.

-Great environment with fun coworkers -Lax dress code and policies on cursing -Lots to learn for the first 6 months or so -Easy work, as long as you can multitask

-Poor compensation, they will screw you out of benefits -Performance is heavily monitored, but there is no incentive to perform above the bare minimum (nor is there discipline for those performing below the minimum) -No opportunities to move up within the company. All "tiers" are basically equal, there is no difference between them. -There is not much to learn after the first 6 months, so flashing gets boring and very repetitive
