They sell an innovative, effective tool for measuring learning English as a second language. It's a lot of fun to be part of something that helps other people. They started out with a very positive and sincere core group of people who were motivated, creative, and hardworking. We were able to start the company or scratch.
Cons
That's the company grew, they can replacing the original innovators with middle management, bureaucracy, politics and stress.
