Pros
This company is growing fast and its great to be in at the ground level. The work is varied, interesting and exciting. I have already learned so much and the future looks incredibly bright for everyone here. The leadership is also fantastic and gives us all great confidence in what we are doing.
Cons
With the company moving so quickly it is sometimes hard to keep up, but with a solid team around there is always someone there to help.
