      1. Very helpful and down to earth senior engineers. They're always ready to help us out. 2. You might get to work on projects from scratch in a team of senior engineers. 3. Smooth deadlines. 4. Variety of projects one can switch to. 5. Above average compensation

      Cons

      1. Sometimes you might be put into a project which is against your liking. 2. Some of the codebase is not well written.

      Pros

      The staff and management make this one the most enjoyable places to work in San Diego. The shop is one of the nicest manufacturing facilities I have seen.

      Cons

      All major Holidays are paid and you get the standard amount of sick pay however there is no paid vacation days at this time. They are still new (less than 4 years old). So I’m sure that will change in time.
