- smart founders that challenge the team to step up to the plate daily - lots of momentum, capable product and technology team, and good understanding of what is driving success - it's more about keeping current success flowing versus a startup where it can be hard to find customers
Cons
- scale up. It's not for everyone. - if you like to feel cosy and wrapped in cotton wool (i.e. corporate) you might find demands of some roles unsettling
