Pros
Flannels has some company benefits such as employee discount 20% off at any frasers group stores.Additionally there is the opportunity to earn commission which definitely improves the wage.Working with luxury brands and gaining fashion knowledge.
Cons
The downsides are inconsistent hours due to it being a 0 hour contract hours can be high some weeks and very low others.Working unsociable hours e.g Christmas.Restrictions on holidays at peak business hours e.g Christmas,Easter,Summer sale. Breaks are only minimum requirements so shifts tend to be 5hr30 to avoid break or 9hrs to avoid an hour break.
