There are absolutely no pro's or benefits to working here and I would avoid at all costs as it was the worst 11 months of my life

No direction or learning development given No bonuses There is absolutely no culture here Pay is terrible for the hours and travel that is expected of you Prior to my time my team used to joke about being our weekly external project meeting until 1am (during my time it usually ended about 8/9pm and I was obligated to stay) One time we had to stay in a meeting until 9pm because my manager popped out for half an hour to get her dry cleaning Bullying is rife at SLT level and they get away with it as many of them are friends of Mike Murray - including calling people 'thick' My manager rang me in my personal time to shout at me about not working while bed bound with covid My manager disciplined me for not being able to travel to a store due to attending a funeral of a family member and only asked me if I was coming back to work so she and another team member could watch Wimbledon I wrote a letter of complaint about my manager to HR and nothing was done and eventually they stopped replying Management removed our wfh Friday because it was 'not a productive day' despite many of us doing 12-14 hour days when travelling My team made no effort to be friendly or engage with me despite my efforts Penalised by management when trying to keep smaller projects moving which required their input/ sign off while bigger projects were on going Expenses when travelling were very minimal with no lunch allowance and dinner at a value of £20 if you were staying over night in a premier in or worse
