Good employee perks and benefits such as up to 50% of employee discount on selected items (to be wore at work). Friendly staff and overall decent store vibe.
Cons
The hours given by management are inconsistent sometime and some staff are favoured than others by the managers and are given preferential treatment, especially those who have worked there the longest. For short term worker or seasonal workers the pay system is very complicated and disorganised.
