Pros
You can earn a great amount from commission. It's cool meeting people from different walks of life, from normal people to VIPs. There are some cool clothes & brands you end up selling Other sales assistants were warm and supportive. Generally young employees.
Cons
Zero hour contract, you have 'no rights', they can drop you whenever you want. The management were not exemplary. They seemed to not be proactive in their work, low mood and terrible at keeping up team morale. Very critical and not a very warm environment from management There was unprofessionalism amongst management, in terms of work itself, meshing personal relationships and work, and not dressing professionally.
