Pros

I have worked with the agency for a decade, and it has been a rewarding experience. The agency provides its clients with strategically focused communications that enhances clients' reputation and creates opportunities driving revenue. The agency's CEO works closely with staff to ensure it has the necessary resources to solve communications challenges facing clients.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Smart, strategic campaign planning and execution with impressive results. Great client roster in a range of industries and deep global network of media and influencer relationships. Wonderfully collaborative, out of the box idea-generating team who are genuinely nice to work with.

Cons

Need to get more organizations to find out about why they are the industry's best-kept secret

Pros

- There were some genuinely talented and kind colleagues. - Good exposure to major media outlets and the chance to learn under pressure.

Cons

The company is run by the CEO and her husband, who also oversees HR — a major conflict of interest. This structure makes it very difficult for staff to raise concerns or resolve grievances fairly. - Bullying, intimidation, and shifting blame are common. Employees who question unrealistic demands or poor decisions often find themselves singled out by the CEO in a prolonged and systematic attack, upheld by the husband. - Very high turnover, with many staff leaving or being exited before reaching two years of service, something they seem to know their way around very well. - Repeated issues around transparency - both financially and operationally. Promises made to clients and staff are often unrealistic or misleading. - Reports of grievances quietly disappearing without resolution. - Increasing evidence that positive Glassdoor reviews are being edited or added to improve CEO ratings and mask genuine feedback. Advice to jobseekers: Flame PR may appear established, but internal practices tell a different story. The environment is high-stress, accountability is limited, and recent “positive” reviews should be treated with caution. Proceed carefully and seek independent feedback before joining.
