Corporate office is a mess. Upper management does not communicate with onsite staff. Property managers are left completely in the dark while the company seems to be restructuring. Don’t even try to live at one of the properties because getting an employee discount is like pulling teeth. Ridiculous amounts of pointless reporting and strict deadlines. No career advancement after a year and barely any pay increase. Would not recommend this company whatsoever. Sometimes the biggest company isn’t the best. They seem like a big machine that just can’t keep up. Will be seeking other employment ASAP
