      Company is trying to re-invent itself. Losses are improving.

      Cons

      The culture is changing from a regional family bank into a big bank culture which slows the pace of adaptability. External influences from government regulators and investors make for quickly shifting priorities. Difficult to get things done.

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
