      Pros

      Pay is decent. Can have some scheduling flexibility. Great place to work if you're content to just follow marching orders.

      Cons

      A closely held company, management feels and strongly reacts to stock market fluctuations, very poorly. Little support for Branch Managers.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
