      If you get into the right department, your learning can be endless

      You work for a company and bust your butt and work 50-60 hrs a week and then they decide to outsource your work and you are out of a job.

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
