      They look like a good company at the beginning.

      Cons

      Worst company to work for . They don't respect their employees. If some manger don't like you because of your race or for a personal reason, you can get easily fired for no obvious reason.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
