- our product is superior to all others (that's more than half the battle for sales), it helps to significantly reduce the amount of hurdles to get over to close a deal - autonomy; management let's you run your assigned region as if it's your own business - collaborative environment; engineers, solutions consultants, legal, finance, and management are all easy to access via Slack, email, and/or phone - open to trying new things to build the pipeline and win deals
Cons
- startup & lack of reputation in North America; Flagright is currently scaling in the U.S. but there can be some challenges with entering a new region, nonetheless significant progress is being made
