Cons
My experience with management at this company was unfortunately very disappointing. I was frequently contacted via calls and text messages while off the clock, even after clearly communicating that I was unavailable. There was also a noticeable presence of favoritism within the workplace, which affected overall morale.
Earlier in my employment, the team regularly received thoughtful perks such as lunches, snacks, and monthly meetings, but these efforts stopped during my last few months with the company. The owner was rarely on-site, and when she did attend events, her involvement was minimal. At one event, she left midway to attend a personal engagement (church) and departed early afterward, leaving the staff to handle all post‑event cleanup and reset despite having already worked a full day on a usual day off. Some team members were required to stay even longer due to delays from outside vendors, which added to an already exhausting workload.
Overall, the environment did not foster a sense of value or appreciation for employees. The lack of professionalism and consistent support from leadership made it difficult to feel engaged or respected in my role.
