· Creative, innovative marketing techniques translate into a valuable skillset for future work · Work was FUN! · Laid-back office space and good staff · CEO is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much any topic you can imagine
Cons
· Contract when you should really be full-time employee with benefits · Contracts are negotiated last-minute, so you're never sure if you have a job next year or not · Remote nature of positions leads some employees to slack off, damaging overall campaign
