      The colleagues are very friendly.

      Cons

      Management is the main problem.. There is no firm and clear direction and decision. Working structure is a mess, among depts filing system is not being trusted. as there hav no proper filing system in some dept.

      Quiet Environment, Nice Office Building

      Cons

      Management lacks of experience, they themselves are having an internal politics. Very immature management, w/o SOP and documentations are never proper. Revamp is needed for the management itself
