      None very unstable company, Uses people telling them you will be hired as building manager only to be used as floater. Promising you a building to manage. But it will never happen.

      Cons

      PAY IS LOW. Not organized. No training. Lie about your position in the company. They will use you.

      Pros

      The building is awesome super chill residents.

      Cons

      Don't like the way the upper management treat there staff. When I started I was told by the person that Trained me and my supervisor as long as your here for 8 1/2 hrs that's good enough.i get written up cuz I do too much work cuz I didn't get a helper for a move, that actually the strata has come back with why are there chargers from five star for moves.
