Salary Reivew - Caretaker Five Star Building Maintenance Employee Review

The building is awesome super chill residents.

Don't like the way the upper management treat there staff. When I started I was told by the person that Trained me and my supervisor as long as your here for 8 1/2 hrs that's good enough.i get written up cuz I do too much work cuz I didn't get a helper for a move, that actually the strata has come back with why are there chargers from five star for moves.

Friendly and welcoming staff members, great work environment.

The cons depend on the building and the strata members.
