Management issues run rampant. They add more work to each employee without consideration of said employee. They do not offer sick time to most employees. They do not work in a timely manner to provide necessary information for middle management. There is no structure between different managers. They refuse to take advice from the employees in the field. They will not allow vacation to roll over, and you may not sell your vacation time if it remains unused.
