They will tell you that if you take any problem outside of that building and talk to anyone else you will be fired. During daily and weekly calls with the company there are many things that are hidden from them. They present an idea that everything is running smoothly and everyone is happy when in all actuality people are afraid of losing their job if they open their mouth and if you are one of those that open your mouth they will figure out a way to legally terminate you.
