Pros
-Free meal per shift -Fantastic maintenance/cleanliness standards
Cons
-GARBAGE PAY, started at minimum wage and getting a 25 cent raise was like pulling teeth, absolutely insulting for how hard they work you. Every other fast food joint in town started a dollar or two higher and was an easier job. -Ridiculous sense of urgency; constantly expected to make work when there is none, if you aren't moving you've got about 5 seconds before a shift lead starts barking at you -Closing is a two-hour full-body workout where you WILL get burnt and greasy while getting yelled at the whole time. I'd never experienced such a workload at any other fast food or pizza job, it was truly beyond the pale and I have no idea why I or any of my coworkers put up with it. -Oh, that's right, they put up with it by quitting. Turnover was insane, though that tends to be the case when all you hire are high schoolers, ex-cons, and illegal immigrants. Within two months of getting hired, a solid 1/3 of the people I'd initially worked with had left and been replaced.
