Pros

Mystery shopper bonuses Free food on shift Short commute to work Met some good people

Cons

If you're looking for consistent hours weekly then this job's definitely not for you! Was hired under the pretence that I'd be required to work a minimum of a 25 hours as a part time staff, and then one month in was only given 1 short shift a week, which resulted in lack of progression. Lack of hours created a hostile environment in the workplace because people desperately wanted more than they were getting and there was always competition for hours. Rules seemed to change every week, which was very hard to keep up with, and some of the managers had obvious favourites and were particularly rude to certain members of staff that they didn't like.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
