Pros

-Flexible scheduling -Part time or full time (in some places) -Bonus checks for scoring perfect on secret shoppers -Free food for lunch -Cash tips in addition to hourly wage -Free uniforms and hats

Cons

-Minimum wage -Little to no pay raises (been there almost three years i've gotten 50 cents, which was all in the first year) -No opportunities for advancement (three tiers: crew member, gray shirt, store manager) -7 hour shifts (have to work six days a week just to get 40 hours) -Communication between District Managers and stores is poor. Crew will be reprimanded for doing things that had been changed and we were never notified. -Some corporate practices make no sense but questioning them does nothing but get you in trouble.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
