Pros
never a dull moment! enjoyment being around children is paramount. high energy keeps parents high spirits and the smiles resulting thereof is a reason to come home every night smiling! pay is sufficient especially with an entirely new concept and only open for 2 weeks at my exact location. such a relaxing environment to be a part of. all management in my store particularly is very high energy and take responsibility for actions of all kinds whether positive or not. they know I hired in as keyholder for only 5 months until I start my entrepreneurship in business yet still hired me as management which is harder to replace in short time!
Cons
freight being a 5am shift until around 1 hour after open is difficult. wishing it was around 11pm or midnight after close which works with more schedules!
