      definitely loved working here as my first job, the culture is fun and welcoming

      on call shifts were annoying and you had to rearrange your whole day on the off chance you were called in

      - Minimal help from upper management (District and Regional) - Small staff, even for large stores - Traffic of up to 700 people with very little help - Metrics are added/changed/modified every other day or week - No security guards - No real theft deterrents - No alarms - No job reassurance
